Qadam Solutions provides digital marketing, SEO, AEO/GEO, paid media, content, social media, AI automation, analytics and web design services as described in each proposal or agreement.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need to deliver the work, and to hold the rights to any materials you supply.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, billing schedules and ad budgets are set out in your proposal. Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Advertising spend paid to platforms is separate from our fees.
5. Results
We work to deliver strong results using proven strategies, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
Deliverables become yours once paid in full. We keep ownership of our tools, methods and pre-existing materials, and may reference non-confidential work in our portfolio.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other’s non-public business information confidential.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Qadam Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
